Classified advertisement from the Edinburgh Evening News for August 23 1902:

MALFEW SEKLEW, Atheogist, from Chicago, U.S.A., will LECTURE at the MOUND, SUNDAY, 4:40 and 6:45 p.m. Subject – “What Shall we do to be Saved.” Opposition invited.

“The Mound” is an artificial hill made between 1781 and 1830 in Edinburgh, Scotland, between New Town and Old Town.  It is suggested by the Union of Egoists that in 1902 Sirfessor Seklew (then in his early 40s) had been to and returned from Chicago, U. S. A.
